Salesforce, DocuSign Pair to Digitize Contracts With AI Through Slack

Salesforce and DocuSign will be keeping their partnership going and making new solutions for customers to sign agreements, a report says.

The expanded partnership will make it easier to prepare things like contracts, quotes and invoices. It will track and enforce contract terms as well, and manage things across numerous platforms.

The new innovations include automating the contract process with smart AI solutions and better ROI process, and also bolstering collaboration with organizations through Slack functions.

The press release says companies have to adjust to the all-digital world in which remote work is more common, and companies like Salesforce and Slack have made it easier for companies to offer remote work opportunities.

“Our partnership with DocuSign allows customers to succeed in the all-digital, work-from-anywhere world,” said Ryan Aytay, chief business officer at Salesforce. “Together, we’re enabling our customers to streamline business contract workflows, reduce costs, and increase productivity in the new digital HQ.”

Scott Olrich, COO at DocuSign, called Salesforce “an essential partner” and said joint customers have been transforming businesses in the new post-pandemic digital life.

“As we deepen our partnership, we’re excited to offer customers new ways to solve emerging challenges from anywhere by bringing their agreement processes and agreement intelligence into the Customer 360,” he said.

Salesforce also teamed up with Digital River, the eCommerce enabler. That partnership will help out with the addition of checkout solutions with better protections, giving B2B merchants a way to work Salesforce’s commerce tools with Digital River’s products for global payments, fraud, tax and compliance services.

According to the companies, the intended effect is to let sellers reach new markets as well as reduce operational costs. It will also help to streamline international sales.

The app was built in partnership with Docmation. And Digital River has also recently partnered with Chargify, a billing and subscription management tool to help B2B software-as-a-service companies.
